This policy describes what H&W Creations collects through bath-resurface.com, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect what you type into it:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your city
• The type of project you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field

When you call the number shown on this site, your call is connected through a call-tracking service. It records the number you called from, and the date, time and length of the call. This lets us tell which pages generate enquiries. We do not record calls.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated visit statistics — pages viewed, approximate region, referring site. These are not tied to you personally.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and provide the estimate or service you asked about. That is the whole purpose.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to advertise to you elsewhere.

Who processes data on our behalf

A small number of service providers handle data so this site can work. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes:

• A form-delivery service, which passes your submission to our inbox
• A call-tracking service, which connects and logs calls to the number on this site
• Our website host, which serves these pages and produces anonymous traffic statistics

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. If you would like your information deleted, call us and ask — we will do it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the number below. We do not require you to submit a form to make a privacy request.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
